Measuring Your Success

So, you are about to embark on a new fitness journey and you expect to get great results…right!  Beachbody fitness programs are designed to do just that.  But to accurately record that success, you need to take a few steps to ensure you measure your success accurately.  That includes taking pictures at the right time, right place, and in the proper conditions.  With a simple measuring tape and body fat calipers you can really measure your progress.  Take a couple minutes to watch the videos below to get the details on how you can measure your success.
