Please Contact me with any questions! I will get back to you within 24hrs. I’m here to help lead you through YOUR battles!
Made you my coach cuz your results and commitment are second to none.
I am 40 and completed P90X workouts in 2010, but drank beer and didn’t commit to nutrition at that time.
My wife is pregnant with twins now and I’m 40. I need to commit to changes especially the workouts, the nutrition and off the beer.
Lookin forward to your help.
I got the equipment. I need some help.
Great! Glad to have you on the team! Congratulations on the Twins…How exciting! I’m glad you’ve made the decision to commit to this program again. Nutrition is THE biggest factor in a successful transformation. You can workout all you want, but if you don’t fuel your body properly you will never get the results you want. You can buy a Ferrari, but if you put sugar in the gas tank you won’t be able to out run a lawn tractor. LOL!
Thanks for all your quick feedback.
In the process of moving recently, I lost my nutrition guide. Do you know where I can get one or view it online?
You bet! Just call Beachbody Customer service at 1 (800) 470-7870 and they will send you a brand new one! You must have that…it’s essential!
In addition to getting started, I would like to get the Shakeology sample if possible
No problem. I’ll try to get that out to you today!
Thanks for the Shakeology sample. Tasted great so I ordered. Can you confirm that you got credit for my order?
Also, do you like the taste of “GreenBerry”? I got the combo pack to try it as well.
Yes, I sure did get credit for that order. Thank you very much! I like chocolate alot better than the greenberry. Greenberry is OK if you add alot of fruit or fruit juice, but I don’t like to do that because it adds more sugar that I don’t need. Some people really like the greenberry. The Tropical flavor that is coming out in a few months is really amazing!
Hey i had a question about my eating plan im on the 3rd day of P90X and im doing the phase 3eating plan level 2 because i want to gain weight is that ok?? i wanted2 know how that will affect me. Thank You.
That should be fine. The P90X Phase 1 plan is for fat shredding so if you don’t need to shed fat then the Phase 2 or Phase 3 plan is great. With the addition of more carbs you will have more energy to really push through your workouts. Make sure you aren’t running a calorie deficit if you are trying to gain weight.
what do you mean a calorie deficit.? also i tried adding you as a coach on teambeachbody but i dont know how 2 change coaches it started me with some1 but he doesnt respond. but doing the phase 3 will it still give me abs and everything and it would be ok 2do that diet the whole 90days.?
You need to calculate the amount of calories required to maintain your current body weight, using the P90X Nutrition guide, or the following link: http://www.teambeachbody.com/eat-smart/nutrition-tools/caloric-needs
If you want to lose weight you eat 500-1000 calories less than that amount (calorie deficit) or to gain weight you eat more than that (surplus).
To get visible abs you need to have body fat percentage around 8%. If you can’t see your abs you probably have more body fat than that and would need to shed more body fat. You can do that with any of the diet plans if you are eating all healthy, natural whole whole foods, and not cheating…ever. Unless you are really trying to bulk up, I wouldn’t eat a calorie surplus. It’s tough to get abs doing that.
To make me your coach you have to do a coach switch. Go to the following link on my website to accomplish that: http://getrippednation.com/free-coaching/switch-coaches-to-me/
Just send that simple email and CC me. I’ll follow up with Beachbody to make sure it processes properly. Thanks!!
I saw your transformation video and i must say, it’s amazing. Because of that, i have a few questions to ask you.Now i am 15years old,5’10, 154pounds and 13% bodyfat.
1. Right now i am consuming around 1,900 calories each day. Is that too much while on P90x plan? I am following the fat shredder plan and tracking everything. So is 1,900 too much while trying to get ripped?
2. Since i can’t purchase Shakeology in my country, would it be ok to use this as a substitute? http://www.vitacost.com/Controlled-Labs-Orange-OxiMega-Greens
3. And finally the last question, would it be better to use a P90x/Insanity hybrid to increase fat loss and vertical jump?
Sorry for making it so long. Thanks Brian!!
Leo, Glad you enjoyed the video.
1.Your actual maintenance caloric requirement is right at 3,000 calories. At 15 years old your body is still growing so I don’t recommend going on a big calorie deficit plan, or using the fat shredder plan for more than 4-6 weeks. If you want to loose some body fat, 1900 calories will be fine. In theory that should allow you to lose 2 lbs per week, but don’t worry about the weight, just focus on changes in body fat. The best way to reduce body fat is to push hard in your workouts with extra intense cardio (like Insanity), and EAT CLEAN HEALTHY FOOD! Make that a habit now and you’ll be ripped the rest of your life!!
2. I’ve never used that Oxi-Mix, but looking at the ingredient it doesn’t look bad. There is really no protein in it, which disappointing. It’s definitely not on the same level quality level as Shakeology, but it wouldn’t hurt to use it.
3. Yes, a P90X/Insanity Hybrid is a good option for you. Although, P90X by itself will do great things toward losing bodyfat and building muscle. Insanity will really just help you shed bodyfat, and won’t contribute to muscle grow much.
Hi Brian I just wanted to let you know that I requested you as a buddy and to be my coach. Your transformation story and faith has inspired me not only to commit but to fully dedicate myself to a healthier life style.
