Nutrition – The Hub

Nutrition has been, and remains today, the biggest factor in my health and fitness transformations.  If you want to achieve amazing results from your exercise program, it is absolutely critical that you are committed to the proper nutrition.  Whether you are trying to build muscle, loose weight, or gain weight, nutrition is the key to make that happen.  With the workouts, all you need to do is press play and do what you are told, for about 1 hour per day.  That’s easy!  But, the other 23 hours in the day are what will ultimately determine if you are going to actually get results.  It is critical that you do your research and HAVE A PLAN!

The purpose of this page, “Nutrition – The Hub” is to provide a central location where I can link all the important information that you need to learn about nutrition and how you can develop a plan to fuel your body for success!  You need to become the MASTER of your own nutrition!

First, if you are doing P90X I recommend that you download the following P90X Excel Spreadsheet.  It has a lot of very valuable information to help you determine your starting point, calories, nutrient ratios, and foods that will fit into that category:
