My Food Shopping List
Here is a list of almost ALL the foods that I ate during my transformation. There were certainly other foods that I ate on occasion, but this list includes probably 95% of what I ate. To learn more about my nutrition plan CLICK HERE.
This is what worked for me. You need to find what works for you and your taste. I was willing to sacrifice taste to get my results. I actually did enjoy eating these foods and there are many combinations that make for great meals. Remember, FOOD IS FUEL, NOT ENTERTAINMENT!
