What I’m using
During my P90X transformation these are the supplements that I used:
- P90X Results and Recovery formula
- Shakeology
- Whey protein powder (I have been using GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 lately and I love it)
- Omega-3 Fish Oil (I bought a bunch at Sam’s Club…then did research and discovered they are poor quality)
- L-Glutamine powder (from GNC – my protein powder has this in it so I no longer need to supplement separately)
- Pure creatine powder in the last month (I bought mine at GNC…make sure it has only 1 ingredient, Creatine)
- Pre-workout supplement called 1M.R on occasion during the last phase (I’m not using this anymore)
Currently, I am only using the top 4 supplements above. I intend to cycle creatine 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
